To achieve that, we support leaders to make high performance decisions by:

- developing the decision making skills of leaders, including emerging and future leaders
- raising awareness of the benefits diversity brings to decision making
- advocating for inclusion of women and minority groups in strategic decision making
Decision Revolution is a social enterprise, which means we have specific social objectives at the heart of our purpose and operations. We are trading with the dual purpose of driving decision performance to create better outcomes for communities, and tackling discrimination by creating greater diversity in decision making.
We draw on years of designing and implementing complex decision processes for government and corporate clients, coupled with on-the-ground experience leading teams in challenging environments. Our niche is serving the PEOPLE side of decision making through products and services that generate awareness of the impact stakeholders have on decision outcomes and practical ways to harness the benefits of a people-centred approach.
Our Founder, Belinda Newham, is also the Founder of Women in Strategic Decision Making (WiSDM) and a member of the Executive Committee for the Society of Decision Professionals Australasian Chapter.
