Decision Coaching participants discover strengths and weaknesses in their decision making, while identifying new techniques to deliver consistent better decision making. Participants can choose to work through process design, complex or sensitive decisions, managing conflict, and more. In each session, the decision specialist will coach participants through setting and achieving decision making goals and provide unbiased, expert support.
Participants will achieve confidence in their decision making and be exposed to new methods to support their teams and leaders. A key advantage of this approach is the confidential, supportive, and highly tailored environment which allows participants freedom to share their experiences and concerns and accelerate their performance.

Accelerate your Decision Performance through this unique program which combines personalised decision making style assessments with decision theory and practical tools. You will participate in 1:1 and group sessions to build your own capability and learn by sharing with others. Worksheets and tutorials are yours to access through the program and beyond.
